terrible experience I got to pay twice in Sam Club I bought the software and pay again when filing.npot fair and disgusting with authorizatgions codes and intuiit trying to get into yopur pc shar is uncomfortable will be nice if I get my paid twice money back.

You are posting on an old thread that may have outdated information.  

What is your exact concern?  Did you lose your license code?  If so, please see the Help Article here.  You should not have to pay twice.  Did you accidentally file using Online?

@Carlos Cespedes   Did you install and use your Desktop program to file?  The only extra fee is $25 to efile a state return.  But sometimes people who buy the program accidentally end up using the Online version.  Was there a black menu bar down the left side?  That is Online.  You can move your online return to the desktop program on your computer without paying for online.
