I doubt it.  Federal and state are separate charges.

No one on the user forum can see your account or the fees you are being charged.  You are posting from online Self-Employed, which is $119.99, and if you prepared a state return another $44.99.  If you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, it is an additional refund processing fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) to have the third party bank remove the fees from your refund and send you the rest.  You can avoid that fee by paying your TT fees upfront with a credit card.
