Did you have the Turbotax fees withheld from your federal refund ?   If so you agreed to the extra $39.99 processing fee at least 3 times ...

I did not pay nor did I authorize any charge to be made to my account, I used this as a checking standard to see what my taxes would be. A free service that charges people then tries to tell said person that they made the action unthinkable.

And to see the return ( even if you used this just as a "checking standard" requires you to pay the TT fees ... so if you could see the entire return AND you did not pay with your own credit card then you must have used the other option which is to have the fee withheld from your federal refund ... talk to TT support to get this straightened out.
