Can I pay my federal tax due with a credit card that doesn't have my name on it when e-filing? Will be using a relatives credit card.

Yes you can. The best thing to do is to pay for the taxes due directly on the IRS website to ensure the payment is made to the credit card. Click on the link provided and once on the website- click the payment heading and follow the prompts:
