Yes you can still file your 2018 tax return. if you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax due then prepare and file as soon as you can--your penalties and interest are adding up. E-filing for 2018 returns will be open until October 15; after that a 2018 return must be printed and mailed.
