Yes, you can report your hobby income. The IRS requires all income to be reported. To report your hobby income using TurboTax Premier enter hobby income, loss in the search box then select Jump to hobby income, loss in the Top Questions box. You will enter your hobby income and expenses on the page Enter your hobby income and expenses for 2018.
