Yes, you can once the option is open. TurboTax Easy Extension for e-filing an extension, should be available sometime today, March 22, 2018. Give it a few more hours, as the developer team that handles that runs on Pacific time, so it's still early their time.

I was able to file federal extension via online "TurboTax Easy Extension" today. Does TurboTax allows to file Virginia f760IP extension via online or must be done by mail? I do not owe any tax to Virginia according to my TurboTax Premier calculation.
