Yes. The phone number depends on the product you are using.

If you are using TurboTax Online:

1.       Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.

2.       Select Help in the upper-right corner, and then Contact us.

3.       Enter your question, select Let's talk, and then follow the onscreen instructions to call us, get a callback, or schedule a call (options vary depending on your question).

o   Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download:

1.       Go here to go to our Contact us page.

2.       Select your product (CD/Download Mac or CD/Download Windows), your edition (Basic, Deluxe, etc.), ask your question, then select Continue.

3.       On the following screen, enter your contact info, then select Get the phone number.
