Yes the ask me that I might have put the incorrect IP Pin on my return but they have not rejected my return

If you had entered the incorrect IP PIN on your return, it would have been rejected.  You can check  to see if your return was accepted by the IRS in TurboTax.  

If you used TurboTax Online, you can see the status of your return on  the Tax Home screen of your account.  You should have also received emails updating you on your return status.  

If you used TurboTax Desktop:

Select File.

Select Check E-file status.

Once your return is accepted, you can visit the IRS Where's My Refund? to check the status of your refund.  Most efiled returns take 21 days to process.  If your refund includes Earned Income Tax Credit and the Additional Child Tax Credit, the IRS will start making those refunds available by March 2, 2026.

• So why are the IRS telling me that I need to enter a 14 digit control numbers. It send to me in the mail. Will they still process my refund . Cause they  haven't mail me anything yet ?

Can you provide more information? Your Federal return was rejected and the reject is for a 14 digit control number? I'm not sure what problem you are experiencing.

It was rejected cause I put the wrong IP Pin in . But now the IRS say that my tax return is being processed. So that good sign . They want me input the 14 digit control numbers when they mail it out to me to verify that this my tax return
