My bank account is a joint account between my spouse and I. However, the 1099-T for our account only has her name on it. Should I still enter it for both of us?

Correction, it is a 1099-INT, not a 1099-T

Yes, if you are filing a Joint return, it doesn't matter which one of your names is on the 1099-INT.
