My husband worked out of the US. Is all the income taxable?

Yes, if he is a US Citizen, all of his income worldwide is taxable. If he paid taxes on it in Uganda, as you walk through reporting the income, you may qualify for a tax credit.  

To enter income received while he earned while working in Uganda do the following:

1. Click on Federal
2. Income and Expenses
3. Scroll down to the bottom Click Show More next to Less Common Income
4. Click Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion
5. Continue all the way through and it will also help you with any foreign tax credits he would be eligible for
