Unemployment comp is taxable, so you must file.

Did you have any other income?  If you are filing a return you must include all your income.  If unemployment is all you got you don't have to file if you claim yourself.  If you are a dependent on someone else's return you do have to file it.

If you don't have to file you should still file it to get back the taxes taken out.
