Do I fill out two 1310 forms for the joint tax return, where both parents died in same year?

Mom died last. There is an estate bank account in her name. I have court papers naming me as one of the co-executors for her estate, since everything passed to her upon his death also in 2018.

Yes, fill out two (form 1310's) for them and each one asks for a name and one SSN.
