If it says to file by mail why wont it give me that option?

Did you already select e-file?

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

Yes but it won't let me and when I try to change it it won't let me pick file by mail.
