When you file taxes and pay for TurboTax out of your refund, you agree that TurboTax can deduct the payment from your account if the refund does not pay for the tax return. You receive three emails letting you know the date and amount that your account will be debited.
When? If you signed up for the Advantage Auto Renewal plan you got charged in early November. If you got charged twice you might have 2 accounts.
If you have 2 Advantage accounts you can return one of them. Wait until you receive your TurboTax product, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receipt here, https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

THEN you should cancel one account for next November by signing into your TurboTax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to remove product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the TurboTax Advantage subscription will be cancelled, as well.
