Wtf is up with the IRS?? How can they make us pay them they’re outrageous penalties for late payments but when the shoe is on the other foot they can take all year long

actually, the IRS will pay interest on the refunds that are delayed more than 45 days.....

Since IRS is overwhelmed with paper-filed tax returns, IRS is in chaos now.

There's nothing you can do about it.
