You can pay your NYS taxes online by clicking here: https://www.tax.ny.gov/pay/all/make_a_payment_section.htm

How do I pay my NYS taxes after I filed with Turbotax? Does the state send me a bill I can pay?

would they send you a bill you can pay via snail mail or another means if you are not able to log in or pay it by 4/15?
