Worst customer service ever

So disappointed in Intuit! Will be switching to another tax software. Sells me the state version of SCorp return. Attempt to download and am informed they don't support the filing of the state return and need to call them

for a refund. After a 45 minute call and numerous being put on hold I am told they will not refund the cost.

This company has gotten too big for their own good and it is time to find another choice! The refund should have been automatic when they couldn't provide the product!

 No way will I recommend them or use them for this next filing season!

I give them  zero stars!

What state S Corp tax return were you requesting?

There are several state returns that TurboTax does not support when using the Business Edition.

If you paid for a state return and the return was not available then you should receive a refund or cancellation of the credit card payment.  Contact TurboTax support again and carefully explain the situation to the agent.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
