Worked from home. Relocated new address on w2

I worked from home in Delaware for 2 months, the w2 has all my filings for delaware, but does not have my delaware address listed, rather is has my new address in south carolina, is this going to be an issue when filing? Secondly, my new employer, which I work from home for has both filings for Delaware and South Carolina, the w2 has my current address. Am I going to run into any issues with my first w2 and have to lay SC taxes even though I lived and worked in delaware at the time of employment?

People move all the time.   The address on your W-2 will not affect your tax return.   Enter the mailing address on your tax return where you want to receive mail from the IRS now -- in case the IRS needs to send you a letter or a check.

Did the employer withhold tax from DE and SC?   Sounds like you need to file a part-year DE return for the time you still lived in DE, and a part year SC return.

Is your new employer located in Delaware?

If so, be aware that Delaware is one of a handful of states that taxes non-resident remote workers, unless your employer requires you to work remotely.

That means that if you worked remotely for a DE employer after your move to SC, without being required to do so, your income after the move would be taxable both by DE and by SC.  However, you would be able to claim a credit on your part-year resident SC return for the taxes paid to DE on the same income - so you wouldn't be double-taxed.

Of course the income you earned while still a DE resident would be fully taxable by DE.
