good day everyone, my daughter lives in florida (a student), worked side job for a few months in PA, now she received 2 w2's, same company, first w2 has amount entries in boxes 1 to 6, box 14 says PA UI 11.09, boxes 15 says PA, 16 to 19 has amount entries, box 20 says Res- PhilCityW/H... second w2, no entries on boxes 1 to 6 and 14, box 15 says PA, boxes 18, 19 has amount entry different from 1st w2, box 20 says NRes- PhilCityW/H. confused on which w2 to used on 2025 TTax deluxe+ state, i enter them both, want to ask if that's correct. and on state return section, pennsylvania and florida on the list, when i click start button on pennsylvania, a brief display of rotating icon, then disappear, and nothing happened, if i click it again, same thing with rotating icon... should i enter both w2's on TTax, and why it wont start a PA state tax process.. for all responders, thank you so much for yur answers and for yur time in analyzing my case. a blessed day to all..

You should enter them a single W-2. Your daughter will need to file a Pennsylvania non-resident tax return. Don't worry about Florida information in the state section, as Florida has no state income tax.
Thanks for the quick reply David, i was about to do that, but on first w2, boxes 18, 19, has some amount entries not the same to the 2nd w2, also box 20 on first w2 says, Res- PhilCityW/H, box 20 on second w2 says NRes- PhilCityW/H.
You will only have one w2 entry for the two forms from the same employer. One shows Philly resident while the other shows non-resident for Philly.
Thank you so much for your reply AmyC
