Work-Related Move Partial Exclusion on Gain of Home Sale

Based on my reading of Publication 523, I am eligible for a partial exclusion due to a work-related move for my home sale capital gain.

However, in TurboTax, I don't see where I can claim this partial exclusion.  I've input the relevant balances related to the purchase and sale of the home, but the software never asks if it was for a work-related move (or a health related move for that matter).

How do I get this input correctly in TurboTax?

Work-Related Move Partial Exclusion on Gain of Home Sale

This is a bug in the TurboTax interview. I have reported it to TurboTax.

Here's how you can work around the bug to get the partial exclusion. Run Smart Check. You will get an error on the Home Sale Worksheet about "Due to Health/Work." Select Yes. Repeat for your spouse if you are filing jointly. Run Smart Check again and you will get two more errors, for the number of months that you owned the home and the number of months that you used it as your main home. Enter the number of months for each question. TurboTax will then give you the partial exclusion. Keep running Smart Check until you don't get any more errors.

It seems like there is still no fix to this.

@doobmonkey

The problem has been fixed. If you are using the TurboTax Desktop software make sure that you have updated your software. Then go back through the entire Sale of Home interview from the beginning.
