I need to change my email address i do not have a phone to receive a phone call from turbo tax and i need to change my email address but when i click on my account nothing happens it won't allow it to go anyfurther or click on it
Try using a different web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft IE or Edge (Win 10). Some users have had issues using a Chrome browser on the TurboTax website.
