Will you tell me why I am receiving text messages on my phone telling me that my state and federal returns are rejected?

when I did my taxes with turbo tax I  couldn't find my 2016 w2 for my income. so you guys sent me to the irs web site to let me see my gross wages. and for some reason I couldn't retrieve it    then the next day I received a code from the irs and it said I had 15 minutes to respond but I didn't because I thought everything was good to go. now I deleted it and not sure what to do?

Your return has rejected because to e-file your return for 2017, you need to have your AGI from your 2016 return .  See below for instructions on how to find your AGI, you can then go back into TurboTax and go through the File section to correct the AGI and transmit your return to the IRS again.
