Will Turbotax Premier run ok on the new macOS 11 "Big Sur"?

I just installed it on MacOS 11.1 tonight and discovered that it will not run.  It starts to launch but quits before presenting any screens.  I've been through all the help links  to no avail.  Anyone have a helpful suggestion before I return it for a refund?
