Will turbotax file an HS-122 and HS-144 automatically? I am done inputting all my info and am ready to file and don't remember anything about these forms.

They should be filed automatically with your return. Certain forms are populated depending on your answers.

The HS-122 and HS-144 forms are used for the Vermont Homestead Declaration AND Property Tax Adjustment Claims. This set of forms is used to tell the state of Vermont that you live in the house you own (homestead declaration) and to ask for help paying your property taxes (property tax adjustment claim). 

You can go back to your State Return questions to review your answers if needed,

The state says they did not get my HS-144!!!! Will you file it again for me or email me the finished form and I will mail it my self to make sure that it gets there!!!!!!

Agreed, Casey!  This is a big oversight on Turbo Tax's part and has not happened before.  Why this year?

You two are the only ones that have posted about this. If it were a systems error, there would have been more
