Yes. The Deluxe edition have always have had the capability to import forms 1099 from banks and financial institutions that are TurboTax partners. The 2018 forms probably will not be available for import until late January or early February 2019.

Yes, but what Intuit does not tell you until after you have purchased their software is that new to this year you must create an Intuit account. They also mention that they save encrypted data, but it does not say what data they actually save. I don't want them saving any data. In the past this was not necessary so I don't know why they are this year. This year I am going to fill financial data in manually from my 1099 and next year I will not be buying Turbotax.
