If you already filed, and you agreed to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund, you also agreed to have the fees deducted from your bank account if the IRS delayed payment of your refund.
While the IRS is accepting late tax payments, Intuit is a private company and it would be up to them to agree to accept delayed payment for a service they already provided. You could try calling customer support.

As of today, we have not seen any announcements about delaying TurboTax payments.
