Will TurboTax bill me for the state donations entered at the end of filing, or should I pay those on my own?

At the end of state taxes, TurboTax has some boxes to donate to state funds. For Maryland, one was Chesapeake Bay Restoration Fund I believe. I inputted some amounts in there. Will TurboTax bill me for those or do I have to find my own way to pay?
