Will Turbo Tax Deluxe cover my three state tax forms?

My husband lived in CT all year, i lived in VT due to work for 6 months and moved back to CT. We are filing federal Joint. I tried to do it on-line to file but it told me purchase the cd, however it does not tell me which one for MFJ federal, but states would be three i believe. Me filing VT and CT state with my mock federal only showing my earnings for each state which my employer has my federal listed out separately and then doing my husband mock federal with just his earnings and filing CT state for the year. Does the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax cover me or do i have to purchase something higher level such a premier?

If you completed the federal joint return with Deluxe then Deluxe will work for the separate returns as well.  What determines the upgrade to Premier is what federal forms are required.  If for example, you or your spouse have investments and/or rental property income then an upgrade to Premier will be required.   

Your list of returns appears correct.  Joint Federal, spouse mock federal separate with CT and for you mock federal separate with CT and VT.
