Yes, TurboTax will be updated for the unemployment exclusion in the American Rescue Plan Act. They have not given a date for when the update will be made.

TurboTax online versions have been updated to include the exclusion of the first 10,200 of unemployment benefits from taxable income for taxpayers with income below 150,000.

Updates to TurboTax desktop versions are still being worked.
