Did you get an email that TurboTax is about to debit your bank account for the product fees? If so, you should contact them immediately. They start that debit process a couple days ahead of the scheduled debit, and once started, it cannot be stopped. You may be able to request a deferment if you reach them in time.
You appear to be using Live Self-Employed. You could try through that Live component during the hours of 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday.

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate "Online" and where it asks "Which Edition" in the dropdown menu select "Live."
In the issue line just enter something like this but without quotes: Billing issue. Please help me postpone the upcoming bank debit for my TurboTax fees.
