No. The payment for fourth quarter 2016 had to be made on or before 01/17/2017. A payment made 01/18/2017 would be for first quarter 2017 and reported on your tax year 2017 return next year.

Can anyone help me? My TT Premier 25 will not allow me to enter estimated tax payments for a second state as it has allowed in previous years. Any suggestions?
