Will the estimated tax I will be transferring through TurboTax Easy Extension be available to view on the IRS website?

I applied for an extension through TurboTax and also opted to send some money to the IRS. Once it reaches the IRS, will I be able to view the balance on the website, even though I didn't use the IRS payment system?

Scroll and click the Create or view your account button to access your account.
