Most of the new tax changes start in 2018 for your 2018 return you file next year in 2019.  Turbo Tax has already updated the 2017 program for most of the 2017 changes like the new 7.5% limit for Medical deduction.

Maybe but doubtful ... most of the forms are correct but not acceptable for efiling yet.
