It depends.
If you had a refund from your premium tax credit, and you entered this information into TurboTax when preparing your tax return, the refund will be reflected on Schedule 3 of your 1040 return and included in the overall refund as shown on your income tax return.
If you had excess advance credit payments, the excess credit is added to your tax liability and would be included on Schedule 2 of your 1040 return.
You would not be getting any other money back as your income tax return would already reflect the net amount of your Premium Tax Credit.

This is actually pending updated IRS guidance as the American Recovery Act added a temporary waiver for repaying of the APTCs.
