Will I need to mail a copy of my Michigan Return and Federal Return with my MI-1040-V if I e-filed? I thought that was the point to eliminate paper?

No you will not need to mail in a copy of your returns with your Michigan payment voucher if you e-filed. Simply prepare your payment by writing your social security number on the memo line then mailing it with the voucher to the address shown on the voucher.
