Yes I amended it and added my new form but my “amount accepted by the irs “ is still the same

Hopefully, you went through the amendment interview & you mailed in your amended return (1040X for Federal).  Amended returns cannot be e-filed.  To check the status of a amended return you need to check the IRS website Where's My Amended return.

If you did not go through the amendment interview & mail in the amended return then no information went to the IRS.  You would need to undo the changes you made to your original return & then go through to amend your return.
