Will I be allowed to print out my federal tax return when I have completed it? I want to mail it. I do not want to file electronically.

I am filing federally and filing part year in Louisiana (Jan 1 to Aug 15, 2018) and part year in New York State/New York City (Aug 16 2018 to December 31 2018). I would strongly prefer to mail all tax forms.

Yes, you can print your returns if you prefer. That is your option.

OK. Thank you. I just don't want to click a button and have it sent electronically to the Federal Government and, or, the individual states without the option to print it out and keep a paper copy and mail it in.
