Do you have the CD?  You should be able to use the download method instead.   There should be a card in the CD case on on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.

Or If you have a computer with a CD drive or know someone, you can copy the CD contents to a usb flash drive.  I'm not sure how that works.  Find a friend with a windows computer to copy the CD to a usb drive.  See SteamTrains post here
