You won't be able to make any changes to your account information once you've e-filed, unless your return is rejected. If that happens, you can correct your checking account number while fixing your rejected return.

If your account number is incorrect, you will more than likely be issued a paper refund check. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302459
