Yes, medical insurance premiums are deductible on Schedule A of your Form 1040, subject to limitations.

From IRS Tax Topic 502:  "Payments for insurance premiums you paid for policies that cover medical care or for a qualified long-term care insurance policy covering qualified long-term care services."
