And it would sure be nice if someone from TurboTax with an actual answer to this question would respond!!!

Will 2019 Turbo Tax support entry of Opportunity Zone Fund investments? (2018 version did *not*)

Doubt you will get a definite answer even from a TT employee since they are not the programmers ... however based on past  track record I doubt it ever will since it is such a little used portion of the tax law ... it will probably remain an issue that can only be done using the downloaded program in the FORMS mode. 

 

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.

And as soon as you go to Forms mode and make an entry, e-File is disabled and you must paper file!  And that is asking to be audited.  That is NOT an appropriate options.
