Why would turbo tax tell me my state return is complete and accepted by the state, then tell me the tax forms I need to finish up are ready to go. ?

To check on the status of your tax return, just log back into your Turbo Tax account. You will see the status of your tax return on the first page. 

If there is an issue with your return, follow the on screen directions to make any corrections that are needed.

The response did not answer why Turbo tax one moment tells me to complete our tax forms, which we do and submit them to the Fed and State tax boards and receive conformation that they are submitted. Then two days later Turbo tax tell us state forms have arrived and to complete our tax return! Now we are concerned whether our taxes are even complete or received.

Can you please post the e-mail address that displays as the "from" address for the message that stated that forms were ready for you to file?

The message indicating that your return was filed comes directly from our filing system, so you can be confident that your return was filed and you can double-check by following the instructions in Catina's post. 

I believe the other was likely a marketing message that may have been delayed in getting to you. 

I would love to look further into this, however, if you could provide additional information.  We certainly do not aim to leave you confused or feeling less confident!
