why won't my quarterly tax forms for the state download? This has been going on for weeks now?

What is the problem with Turbo tax that you can't access state quarterly tax forms?

When you go to print the tax return PDF, adjust the print settings to print everything - all returns, attachments, and internal worksheets (see below); in the state return section, you should be able to find the quarterly estimated payment vouchers. 

Is there a more specific error message that you're seeing? If you share more details, that can help with troubleshooting.

I’m on a mac-I don’t see an option for printing “everything” but when I look at the PDF-the federal forms are clearly there, but not the state.  When I click on “”View Quarterly Estimate” I get a message that says, “Something went wrong” “wait a few minutes and try again.”  I’ve tried for weeks and keep getting this same message.  I’ve cleared Cache and Cookies and still the same message.  Must be a glitch in the system this year-it’s worked every year-for years now.  It’s ok. I’ve reached out to the state to get forms.  Just frustrating that it didn’t work this year and there was no message indicating I needed to do it differently this year.  I pay for the expert advice but no one seemed to know how to fix this.

In order to print all forms and worksheets using Mac, it usually works well to print to PDF first.

1. Select File from the top par menu, then Print
2. Next, you can select whether to print Federal or Stat, and whether to print return only recommended forms and worksheets or all of them.
3. When the print preview appears, select PDF

Since you are getting a "something went wrong" message, something may be going on with your computer or your internet connection.

You can also force your Mac to shut down if the program is "stuck". To force a Mac to shut down, press and hold the Power button or use the keyboard shortcut Control + Option + Command + Power until the screen goes black. 

Make sure you have all of the program updates as well. To update the Mac version of TurboTax: 

1. Hover your cursor over "TurboTax 2025" on the very top bar menu next to the Apple logo.
2. Select Check for Updates from the drop-down menu.
3. You will then see either a message "TurboTax is up to date" or instructions to run the update.
