WHY WILL THE DESKTOP TURBOTAX I BOUGHT NOT LET ME EFILE AN EXTENSION????!!!!!!!

If you wish to efile an extension, you can go to the TurboTax Easy Extension website to file your extension online:

Go to: https://turbotax.intuit.com/irs-tax-extensions/
Click the File a Free Extension box.

You will be asked to sign in with your TurboTax Online ID. If you don't have one, click Create an Account at the bottom of the sign in screen.
