I can't get it to E-File my taxes, every time I get to the end and try to file , it says I need to go back and review my personal info and make sure my address is correct. I have done this multiple times and went through it all again and when I reach the filing page again, it says the very same thing. Why will it not accept it and file? Help please!
For your address, make sure you remove any punctuation marks, like if you are using Ave. remove the period. If you use any hashtags for an apartment number, then put APT instead. If you double-check those entries and you are still having the same issue, please come back here and let us know.
I have not received my refund and its been 21 days. Also when i go to check the status of my refund on the IRS site it tells me my information is wrong. My info is not wrong everything i have inputted is correct.
