Why was my taxes rejected

Only you would know why the tax return was rejected.  You would have received an email from TurboTax with the rejection code and reason for the tax return being rejected.  Look in your email spam or junk mail folder for the TurboTax email.

You have to tell us.  The email should say.

A common reject is for the wrong AGI.

When did you file 2017?  If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI.  And see,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.
