In this public forum, we do not have access to your account information and cannot see why your state tax return was rejected. Was there a specific rejection code provided?
You should have received an email from turbotax@intuit.com with the subject line Action Needed. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you did not receive an email it's okay, just reopen your return and you will see the reason your return was rejected and the steps to follow there. For information and assistance with fixing a rejected return, click here.
Was your federal return Accepted? Maybe state was waiting for federal to be accepted first. Maybe try again.
