Why was my IL state tax return rejected?

I have a AZ driver license I worked in IL. I filed with my husband last year and we are not together this year so I am going to file alone.  I've tried AGI number from the taxes we filed together last year and that doesn't work also tried putting 0 in for AGI and nothing is going through.
