Why was my bank account charged when I chose to pay with federal taxes?

My bank account was charged $19 then right after that my refund was rejected. I refined and was given the option to oayeith refund. Can I receive a refund?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
